We all suffer from nerves at some point in our lives whether we are required to do a presentation, stand up in front of a class room full of people, meet a stranger for the test time or take a driving test.
Suffering from nerves and feeling sick or anxious before a driving test is perfectly normal, it’s the fear of the unknown and over worrying about failing. We put ourselves under an immense amount of pressure and feel like we don’t want to let our friends, family or instructor down. We forget why we are doing the test and who it means the most to, then beat ourselves up if we fail with our first attempt.
