Penalties for using a mobile phone whilst driving in the UK

• Use do not disturb while driving mode on your phone
• Plan ahead. Set your sat Nav or playlist before starting a long journey.
• If you need to take a call or send a message, stop in a safe place first
• Lead by example. Never use your phone behind the wheel – and challenge others who do so.
